Established in 2012, Appalachian Recovery Care offers northeast Tennessee and southwest Virginia expert and compassionate care in the treatment of opiate and other substance use disorders.

Our physicians are all board certified in primary care and addiction medicine with decades of care given to the people of the Appalachian area. We offer professional counseling and relapse prevention services. Our program meets all federal and Tennessee state guidelines for medication-assisted programs that prescribe buprenorphine therapy, including privacy laws and monitoring of compliance.
